2nd SEMESTER / COURSE: PUBLIC RELATIONS STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT / OPTIONAL

The main goal of this discipline is to promote the study and the debate about concept, dimensions and importance of organizational competences – main responsible for innovation abilities and competitive advantage of organizations. It is intended to distinguish human capital, social and organizational resources concepts towards its development and its importance on the knowledge society; To identify birth and diffusion processes of knowledge amongst organizations; To understand factors as social networks, cooperation and trust; To understand concepts as organizational trust, reputation and social liability to better achieve intangible resources of organizational competence; To understand relations between leadership and management, culture, strategy, accomplishment and communication; To identify and debate communication’s role; To analyze real situations, finding solutions and strategies.
