- Recognize social media phenomenon and how it affects brand/costumer relationship. - Know the Portuguese statistics about social media use in Portugal.

- Analyze main social media plataforms and how they can be applied on brand social media strategy.

- Understand the social media impact in online shopping.

- Be able to design a social media strategy that fits with brand positioning and values that helps brands to achieve their goals.
