Learning outcomes:

– Recognize social media phenomenon and how it affects brand/costumer relationship.
– Know the Portuguese statistics about social media use in Portugal.
– Analyze main social media platforms and how they can be applied on brand social media strategy.
– Understand the social media impact in online shopping.
– Be able to design a social media strategy that fits with brand positioning and values that helps brands to achieve their goals.
– Learn to use Community Management as a tool to come closer to costumers and manage potential social media crisis.
– Learn how to use paid social media increase results and lead brand to goals achievements.
– Know the main metrics and analyzing obtained results to evaluate social media strategy effectiveness.
