The ESCS IT Helpdesk manages the School's IT equipment, computer network, and infrastructure, being responsible for its maintenance and for developing the systems architecture.

It is tasked with: administering the systems, providing assistance to users, maintaining equipment, and participating in systems development initiatives deemed of interest to the School, with a view to promote the continuous improvement and the quality of the resources and services provided.

The ESCS IT Helpdesk is responsible to the Dean and advises their office in IT matters.
