Objectives

In this curriculum unit, it is intended to make known in what way Data Science can leverage the organization and the data generated treatment along the customer journey in a way that optimize their experience, resulting in higher levels of engagement.

Skills

Understand the concept of the customer journey from an omnichannel perspective. Map and optimize the customer journey using data extraction tools, analytical and predictive models.
