Objectives

The role of the State – and its institutions – is crucial to the sustained development of society.

This course aims to equip students – potential future professionals in public institutions – with an in-depth understanding of the legal framework governing public institutions and the communication processes that occur within this context.

The importance of communication in the public sector lies in its ability to foster a close relationship between public institutions and citizens and businesses, promoting transparency, engagement, and trust – essential values for the existence and strengthening of a democratic state.

Communication in the public sector has its own specific characteristics, resulting from the nature of Public Administration and the multiplicity of actors and areas of activity that distinguish it from other sectors.
