Strategic Communication

3rd SEMESTER / COURSE: AUDIOVISUAL AND MULTIMEDIA / OPTIONAL

This course intends to approach the area of strategic communication allowing students to understand the basic concepts involved in their future professional relation with Public Relations and Communication professionals either as clients or colleagues of the same organization. The main emphasis will be in the comprehension of the relations between business strategy and communication. In a more operational way several possibilities to design and implement communication strategies will be studied focusing mainly on the difference between media outlets and the importance of the audiovisual and multimedia professionals for successful communication strategies.
