Objectives

It is intended that Students understand innovation and technology development as social processes, being able to be able and to develop its main theoretical perspectives. It is also intended that Students are able to describe the social, political and economic processes relevant in the history and media evolution, from the printed press to the new media. An other relevant aim at providing skills to gather, analyse and impose empirical data and indicators associated with innovation and technological development.
