At the beginning of March, ESCS hosted the International Trade Mission, an international initiative aimed at promoting academic, cultural, and professional exchange among participants from different countries.

The programme began on 1 March with the activity “Taste My Country”. The session started at 16:00 with the preparation of spaces and the organisation of traditional dishes by the participants. At 18:00, the official welcome took place, followed by a tasting session that allowed participants to share culinary traditions and strengthen intercultural bonds.

On 2 March, the activities focused on project presentations and the delivery of educational content. Between 10:00 and 12:00, student pitch sessions took place across various rooms at ESCS. After the lunch break, workshops on the topic of business in Portugal were held in the Auditorium, followed by a networking session between participants and the institution’s faculty.

The initiative culminated on 5 March with a Trade Fair held at the Holiday Inn Lisbon. The event featured a speech by the President of ESCS, André Sendin, who emphasised the strategic importance of such initiatives for the internationalisation of higher education and for strengthening networks of academic and professional cooperation.

The International Trade Mission thus established itself as a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences, contributing to the development of skills and to the consolidation of a global perspective within the academic context.
