Objectives

The course explores the interconnection between strategic communication, organizational governance, and leadership, highlighting the impact, ethics, and purpose in business management within a VUCA context (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous). Students will develop an in-depth understanding of the role of corporate communication in reputation management, promoting institutional transparency, and creating sustainable value in a digital world shaped by AI.

The course will also address the role of purpose-driven leadership in fostering effective and ethical communication, strengthening organizational credibility, and ensuring strategic alignment with ESG principles.
