3rd SEMESTER / COURSE: ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

This course has been designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to interpret and understand the consumers’ behavior, and other decision makers. The discipline studies the psychological, sociological and psycho sociological factors underlying consumer’s choice. It is intended to identify trends in consumption society and in consumer behavior; To identify the main methods and techniques applied in consumer behavior research; To fully analyze theoretical models of consumer behavior; To analyze and understand consumer decision making as a process composed by different steps and specificities; To understand and analyze the main factors underlying the consumer behavior such as individual characteristics, socio-cultural and specific family settings.
