Objectives

The phenomenon of Social Media represents one of the most significant shifts in consumer behavior in recent times, leading to fundamental changes in the way brands communicate and interact with their audiences.

This course unit aims to provide the practical knowledge and insights needed to design an effective social media strategy, plan the most suitable communication channels to engage with consumers, and monitor and measure the results of those efforts.
