Registrations for mentors and mentees under the Mentori@IPL Programme remain open throughout the academic year. This institutional initiative of the Polytechnic University of Lisbon promotes the academic integration of first-year students through peer support and sharing.

Now in its 5th edition, the programme is coordinated by the Psychological and Educational Support Services of the SAS-IPL and, in the current academic year, involves around 200 mentors and more than 300 mentees from the six participating schools: ESCS, ESD, ESELx, ESSL, ISCAL and ISEL.

By the end of the first semester of 2025/2026, there has been a growing level of student engagement, with particular emphasis on the quality of the relationships built and on the consolidation of Mentori@IPL as a benchmark response in supporting integration into higher education.
