This course unit aims to introduce students to the specific nature of journalistic approaches to sports, in connection with the main theoretical foundations of journalism studies. Constraints of journalistic practice, the organizational contexts in which news selection and journalistic investigation take place, journalistic language, among other aspects, will be addressed.
