The Audiovisual Services (SAV), which work in close collaboration with the Multimedia Services (SM), are a unit of the School of Communication and Media Studies responsible for the planning, resource management, organization, and supervision of both audiovisual equipment and specialized human resources. Their goal is to provide comprehensive technical support to the entire academic community.

The Audiovisual Equipment Center (CEA) is an integral part of the SAV and is managed by them in matters related to the acquisition, conservation, repair, maintenance, and monitoring of audio, video, photography, and lighting equipment. The CEA is responsible for ensuring the availability of these audiovisual resources to the school community.

The Audiovisual Equipment Center is located on floor -2 of the building, where equipment can be picked up and returned.

To formally request audiovisual resources, a dedicated digital platform is available for the management and allocation of audiovisual equipment intended for academic projects.
To reserve the desired equipment, users must access the designated digital platform, select the IPLNET logo, and complete the login fields using the credentials associated with their institutional email account.

NOTE:
Outside the IPL Benfica Campus, access to the platform must be made through a VPN connection (Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 or Mac OS).
